Clenbuterol - need some advice !!

I have been taking Clenbuterol for a couple of months now and to be honest I am not feeling the benefits as much as I think I should have been and I could really do with some advice.

I am taking the oral (tablet) form. And as by reading some sources am taking 7 tablets a day. Bit I have been looking in vain to find out at what intervals should I be taking these tablets. I have been taking 1 every 2 hours, starting at 9.00am, then 11.00am, 1.00pm, 3.00pm, 5.00pm, 7.00pm and finally 9.00pm.

But now reading some articles today some say it has no affect after 4.00pm and others recommend not taking it after 2.00pm.

I am in dire need of someone to basically tell me how many tablets I should be taking and at what intervals.

Any other useful advice I would be very grateful of.

Thanks in advance.

...I believe it stays in your system for like 42hrs.

like supertech69 said, it stays in your sys for 42 hours...then why are you breaking up the dosages? Doesn't make much sense. There is other stuff out on the market, with shorter half-life...ventolin = 8hours or so...this would be a case where breaking up the dose is important...

I seriously hope you didn't use it for a "couple of months" non-stop!

I'm getting the syrup form of Clen, whats the proper intake amount per day? I'm a big dude too, should I be taking more?

How could any substance that you put into your body know what time it is? And what time quitting time is?

And how can you use a drug for several months without knowing how it is supposed to be taken and at what dose?

how many months? if youre using for more than two weeks, then the effects will wear off. two weeks on, two weeks off. also, oxyflux and novagem suck. which brand did you get?

You may want to check your diet, Clen needs carbs to work well. Also check your training, I found that changing up my cardio to include HIIT has stepped up the fat loss. Remember, Clen is only one SMALL part of the equation.

I find that using NYC during the 2 weeks off really helps to kick the Clen back into gear. Yo-HCL is supposed to restrore your receptors, maybe not as strong as Ketofin but Yo-HCL still works well for this. ECA is good to keep energy levels up, but have read that it may not allow your receptors to fully recover so it can effect clen.

Clen depletes Taurine levels in the liver, resulting in T4 to T3 conversion stoppage. Taurine is also supposed to help with "Clen Rebound and when taken along with Potasium will help to prevent cramping.

Clen needs carbs to work? WTF I thought that you could easily use on a CKD diet?
Someone clarify please, when do the carbs have to be taken and how many min a day?

Awesome info. So how is your diet supposed to look like on clen? Whats the dose on the taurine and what does it cost?

I don't buy the carbs and clen thing.
Maybe the clen will help to burn carbs off faster, and thus maybe you'll "feel" warmer. But otherwise, it shouldn't matter high carbs or not.

I thought high protein, med carbs, low fat. No?

im doing CKD right now and would like to get someones thoughts on the effectiveness of CLEN without carbs (except for carbup and strickly PWO)

I will have to agree , high protein , moderate carbs and low fat is working extremely well for me .

I made some changes to my training and added HIT to my cardio sessions , fixed the diet and started the clen . First week I lost 6 lbs of PURE FAT . I am in the second week as we speak :)

Could someone tell me what HIT stands for please i want tostart my clen tomorow so 2 weeks on 2 weeks off great got that part down pat and when exactly do i take the taurine with the clen after the clen or before or do i take it during my 2 weeks off?????????????

High intensity interval training taurine take 3-5 grams, you can take the taurine during the 2 weeks off but, don't take a s much maybe like 1 or 2 grams. oh yeah, take the taurine on an empty stomach at least a half hour, preferably an hour before food first thing in the morning

anyone use ventolin?

if so how'd you like it?

Im not sure if you got an answer to this, however, I'll give ya some help. Im a medic, not a doctor, so you really ought to further investigate this, however, my understanding of ventolin is it is a bronchi expander essentially, it is designed for things like Ashma and anaphalactic shock. Since there is 21% O2 in our air, and we use 6% you really wouldnt need this, as you dont have the ability to use more then that. If you were thinking of this as a method of transporting more O2 for cardio, I would hazard a guess that avassal dialator would be more in line, as the vassal expand, allowing more surface area for the transportation of O2. Now, with that said, your BP would drop as the cells havent changed. Therefore, your HR may increase to compensate. Maybe try a NTG or similar. Im not that well versed in these meds, and I may have missed a side effect that you are either using or would want to avoid. Its simply meant to throw an idea out for all to discuss. Please, look into it more!

Hope it helps!

Hey bro. You need to regroup and reread about clen. 2 months is too long to take clen. 2 weeks is recommended time.

You lost 21,000 calories worth of fat in 1 week?

So you burned 3,000 calories a day of pure fat......

Wow. :verygood:

From what I found out is that clen stop working after 18 days. 1 thing i'm going to do when i take it is, 3 times a day i'm going to check my temp. Just so i have everything covered when i report back about it.

Thanx
