I find that using NYC during the 2 weeks off really helps to kick the Clen back into gear. Yo-HCL is supposed to restrore your receptors, maybe not as strong as Ketofin but Yo-HCL still works well for this. ECA is good to keep energy levels up, but have read that it may not allow your receptors to fully recover so it can effect clen.
Clen depletes Taurine levels in the liver, resulting in T4 to T3 conversion stoppage. Taurine is also supposed to help with "Clen Rebound and when taken along with Potasium will help to prevent cramping.
Awesome info. So how is your diet supposed to look like on clen? Whats the dose on the taurine and what does it cost?
