Clenbuterol help!!!

I just decided to use Clen for the first time just to lose 10 pounds or so....This is my first time ever doing something like this and I got the liquid Clen Gold...I just wanted to know how to use it properly, I did a lot of research on the pills but I can't seem to find anything on liquid...I'm just wondering about the doses...1 squeeze=200mcg? so to start i should take 1/4 of that because when starting off with pills they suggest 1 pill=20mcg...so do I just eyeball? the person who sold it to me said I do half of 200 mcg to start (100mcg)..but isn't that dangerous? and will it even work..?? I have an ok diet (will discipline more when I go on clen) and dont exercise but may start...so will i get results....only want to lose a little??

please help.
 
U wont need to do 100 mcg a day in the beggining
start with 20 mcg or 40 mcg and do that for 2 days...then hit an ECA stack for 2 days...rotate back and forth

some guys even like to rotate weekly..i just find it keeps my angredlgenic receptors fresher if i rotate every couple days

Measure the liquid with a pin bro...DO NOT EYEBALL it....

A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab
until the side effects are not tolerable

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
 
Where to start ...

Don't "eyeball" it.

You don't want to lose alot, just 10 pounds.

Your diet is not good but you think you'll be better with it cause you're taking clen.

You don't exercise.

Good luck with that.

Wait..i missed the part you said you dont exercise and you have an "ok" diet...bro, just dialing in your diet and EXCERSISING will do the trick...there is no easy way out..you must have the motivation and dedication now..or you just end up spinning your wheels.

Pretty much what they said -- so you've decided that its a viable solution to consume a controlled substance that some guy sold you and told u how to dose it but you don't trust his dosing info. But you aren't spending any time optimizing your diet and you dont' train. Not to rant but that's just fucking stupid.

Ok off the rant & on to more productive things.

Two things that will save you a world of frustration in "losing just 10 lb"

1) THERE ARE NO MAGIC PILLS (or liquids) THAT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT (in a healthy way that you won't rebound from & pay for later)

2) ANYTHING YOU CONSUME AS A SUPPLEMENT IS ONLY A SUPPLEMENT TO AN ALREADY EXISTING OPTIMIZED DIET AND TRAINING PROGRAM.


So to that end, you're wasting your time w/ the clen. I'd like to invite you over to the women's board to check out a couple of stickies we have and help you find a more reliable, safer, better way to accomplish your goals.

Your clen isn't going to do much for you if your diet & trainng suck. If you get some of the fundamentals of good nutrition and some training action it doesn't take additional drugs to get to your goal. A little bit of education, optmization of your diet, you can make those changes for LIFE not just a short term solutoin that wont' stay because you didn't make changes to the lifestyle that got you to the situation you are not happy w/ now.

Check out any of the girls' logs / journals on the women's board to see that we are serious about our goals and that we are all making progress with some really amazing results and not a lot of crazy extreme diet & training.

I'm a chick..so are the doses lower? and i mean I will start exercising and watching my diet when I go on it....but i've been told so many different things..and how do i meausure with a pin??

Follow sassy to the womens board..trust me their are tons of good ladies over there that wont stear you wrong....

Thats the problem with people nowadays...they think they can take something and "POOF" fat is gone...doesnt work that way...you have to have the mindset now..not when you go on...its like your typical "Im going to pig out on sunday cause monday i start my diet", I have found that people like that "start" their diet every monday...

It's impossible for anyone to lose 60 lbs on clen (or anything, for that matter) without altering their diet or exercising.

There is no magic pill. Just as it takes effort to eat lots of ice cream, it takes effort to drop that weight.

Clen is a dangerous substance which affects everyone differently. If you were to take 100mcg's right out of the gate you could be in pretty bad shape.

I would question the knowledge of the person who told you to take 100mcg's or question the dosing of their clen that would cause them to suggest taking that much to start off.

60lb;s may be an exagguration (if i can spell it properly)

never susbtitute drugs for effort, put in max effort, see how you go, then mabie introduce drugs

Please listen to him! This is powerful stuff. You could possbily have a heart attack if you overdosed, and this is likely if you eyeball your dose! If you persist on using it without dieting and exercise your results are not going to be so great. It really is impossible that someone lost 60lbs just by using clen, they must have been modifying their caloric intake at least. if you use it, start out at only 20 mcg the first day and do that for at least one other day. Ramp it up to 40 for a day or two and then proceed up. You cant go by what dose worked for someone else, youll have to see what works for you. Dont want to use it for more than 2 weeks in a row, then take 2 weeks off. Youll probably need to supplement with Taurine too, thats an amino acid. 1-5 grams per day depending on dose, this will avoid cramps. Really is a lot to know before you go jumping in, research it on the web.
Another thing to be aware of, is as soon as you go off the clen you will begin to pick up any weight you lost and slowly youll be right back where you started since you dont exercise or keep a good diet.
