Alreet lads,
been given 100 clen tabs,wondering what sort of gains i could get,looking to shed about 21 pound,training 5 days week,3 days cardio,2 days weights,reasonable diet,

What are your stats? Why 21 pounds? That seems like a lot...

Up the cardio to 5 days

Diet should be wayyyyyy better than "reasonable"

Weight training should be increased to 4-5 days as well, with high reps and a lot of supersetting...

Make those changes and hold off on the clen for now...

thanks ez-e,i,ve only just started training lately because of a back injury,so put a good stone on,which i hate,think i will lay of the clen like u say and build my cardio,weights up more,plus diet .thanks again:)

Clenbuterol is not catabolic so it's not going to eat your muscle. If your worried about loosing muscle because you are in a calorie defecit then your goal should be 2.5 LBS per week or 10 pounds per month. 21 pound drop in weight for 1 month is not healty.
