Alright i just got some clen and i was wondering i have a 3ml syringe for the liquid. Is it the first tiny line on it the 20mcg point?

It depends. If it is 20mcg/ml, the the 20 mcg line is the 1ml line.

If it is 100mcg/ml then 20mcg would be the 1/5 line (2 lines on the barrel). At that dose it wouldnt be imperitive that you are exactly right. As long as you get it close to that line.
