I plan on adding clen to my next cycle..I'm just not sure of the doses...Can I run Clen ED for the whole 15wk cycle?...or should I break it up?.....Thx

clen dose can vary person to person 20mcg-140mcg. also you need to do 14 days ON clen followed by 14 days OFF.

clen can be run for a maximum of 2 weeks before it loses its effectivness. If you honesty were considering running it for 15 weeks straight then you have alot more research to do before using.

Actually it doesn't need to be run 2 weeks on 2 off, if you run T3 with it. T3 will keep the number of beta 2 receptors so that the effectiveness of clen can be extended. Now should you run it for 15 weeks? No. Your natural adrenal production will slow down and when you come off you'll feel like hell.

Thanks for the advice....I do know what clen is used for I was just given some bad advice...The individual that gave me the advice said he ran it for his entire cycle. I just needed some clarification....ALIN I know you said the doses can vary...do yiou spread the doses out throughout the day or do you take once a day?...thanks again everyone for their input....

It gets your receptors cleared up, as clen does a number on your receptors in the first 2 weeks.

start at 40 per day go up 10 per day or 20 EOD 'til you get to 80-120mcg PD OR until the sides force you to stop goin up or to cut back. You can split the dose but I wouldn't take any beyond noon or you'll never sleep. Keep track of you bp while using. other sides, head ache, trembling, insomnia (no shit huh!). good luck!
