ok, i now have access to clen. i was wondering about the dosage, days on/off, weeks on/off, and total weeks all together. and any input anyone has on it, opinions/experiences. ive read some much shit on it ... have heard 2 days on/2 days off, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. 2 days on/2 days off, 1 week on/1 week off .... i dunno wtf to do. thanks.

one week on, one week off / on the week off, use an eca stack. with the clen., if it's oral, take 1 pill on day one and add a pill each day. when you feel your hands shake, body, temp rise, you are at your limit. drop one pill and continue that amount each day throughout your cycle. cycle should run 6-8 weeks.
 
DNP has it right on. If you are running a 6-8 week cycle then:
Weeks 1-2 are clen
3-4 are ECA
5-6 are clen
7-8 are ECA
You will be fine with this schedule. Just make sure you are using some form of gear so that you are not eating away the muscle you have worked hard for.
 
I'm on it right now....and I agree with DNP.....take it for two weeks on, two weeks off.....I only take two a day...but some people like to take it alot more than that....do what your body lets you do. You will also notice a few sides like shaky hands....but that will go away once your body gets used to it, which takes about 3-4 days
 
the pill form of clen, does that only come in 20 mcgs/per pill? ive read that a good dosage is around 100 mcg ... hmm, maybe thats a tad much. im really just concerned with the fat loss benefit of this. my diet, exercise, and lifestyle are great. i just need to get this "fat-coated" muscle visible :)
