Clen with over the counter sups

Background:
At the gene lottery, I wasn’t a winner. I’m 5’6” and 34 years old. Only 4 years ago I was 230 lbs and BF was over 27% (A freaking mess). – Back then, I started working out with a great coach who took me back to a “human-like form”. Since then I’ve been working out without considerable interruptions, but my weight and BF goes up and down depending on how clean I eat and how intensely I workout. If I relax on my eating or workout for a few weeks I would typically put on 10 – 15 lbs.
Back in January I was back to 189 lbs and 22.7% BF.

Present situation:
[WORKOUT] - Since January I'm working out hard. I hit the gym 6 days a week and every time I do 90 cardio (1200 cal) then I hit the iron and go as heavy and intense as I can. My typical workout split is:

Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest + calves
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Delts + Arms (biceps and triceps)
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Back + traps

[DIET] - I’m eating very clean. I’d have 2,600 to 2,800 cal/day. Low on fat and carbs and high on protein (chicken and tuna).

[SUPLEMENTS] - I’m taking an over the counter thermogenic (Xenadrine NRG), Arginine (NO2 platinum) and Creatine (CE2 Platinum).

[STATS] - I’m currently 178 lbs with 18.6% BF. Progress has been made; I’ve lost 11 pounds, all of them fat. But, at 18.6% BF I’m still fat. And for the last few weeks, it’s been extremely difficult to continue loosing weight (I’m almost stalled).

As for my workout, for most exercises I’m now pushing about double the weight I was able to in January and my post workout recoveries are amazingly fast. I'm attributing this to NO2 + CE2. (The stuff is expensive as hell but in my experience is very good).

[PROPOSED CYCLE]
I’ve never been on gear. So I wanted to run by you my idea:
Since I’m almost stalled cutting on my BF, I’m planning on going on clen for a 3 week cycle, starting at 20 mcg and (if my body tolerates it well, going up to 100 mcg). I plan to use ALCAR during these 3 weeks for protection and I would stop taking Xenadrine during the cycle.

I considered T3 but since both of my parents have a history of thyroid problems I’d rather not mess with mine.

No my key questions for you:

1. If the use of T3 is discarded, do you think clen is a good way to break this plateau?
2. ALCAR is all I need in addition to clen or do you think I absolutely need to add something more? (Taurine?)
3. Can I continue taking NO2 and CE2 while on clen?
4. Should I modify my workout schedule while on clen?
5. Should I increase my caloric intake while on clen?

Thanks for your help!!!

1. i dont recommend T3, there are too many problems with it
2. you need to add taurine and some minaerals 3 grams of taurine
3. I dont see why not
4. I dont know what your workout schedual is like...if you pay me ill give you some personal training advice
5. why the hell would you increase your caloric intake?! you are using clen to lose wieght right? well, clen should be used in addition to a diet and cardio program. look up clen on google and how it should be used with a diet and cardio program

You and your family has hyperthyroidism (over-production)? or hypothyroidism (under-production)?, its my guess they have the latter, if so some thyroid will actually help you.

Well I haven't been diagnosed with anything.
My dad has hyperthyroidism and my mom has hipothyroidism...
So, there is a good chance I have a good predisposition for a messed up thyroid...

:worried:

I agree with mts regarding the use of T3. you said 3 years of consistent workout. I don't you have reached your full potential, therefore I would try different means to achieve those goals you are looking for.
As far as using clen, this is a highly catabolic hormone, is very effective for weight loss...but hey don't get me wrong...i said "weight loss" which means that if you are not under the porper diet and doses, you'll be kissing your hard earned muscle mass goodbye. What I'm saying is that clen will make you loose fat along with muscle. Some people stack their t3/clen cycle with a moderate cycle of AAS to prevent or minimize the catabolic effects. I saw a couple of guys at my local gym who started on their t3/clen cycle and they didn't go past the 2nd week of it. They couldn't stand the cramps due to clen, even though they were supplementing with potassiom and Ltuarine.

Suggestions: There are few good fat burners out there that you should try 1st. Thermorexin + glucorell+ sesapure is an excellent combo for fat loss. You may also try Ephedra-based fat burners available at thatswholesale.com
Adjust your diet.
you are probably doing too much cardio. 90 mins ed + weights is way too much.
Have yourself tested for t3 condition. That may help to determine whether the use of t3 is right for you or not.
