clen versus eca

From what I've read, Clen. isn't as hard on the heart as pure ephedrine and stays in the system a lot longer. Never tried it though so I can't say which is more effective.
 
Clen doesn't get me as wired, and I tend to sleep better at night vs being up all night on an ECA, and perpetually running off 4 hours sleep 4-5x a week. I haven't been on Clen very long though, only 2 days so Ill let you know my final results. I also find that Clen seems to make me feel more dissociated, but that might be due to taking large amounts of Taurine to help counteract Liver damage from Clen.

I get hungry as hell on clen. It's very strange. Some people experience appetite suppression, but for others it's just the opposite. And contrary to the expected effects as a stimulant, I also get very sleepy on it. I strongly prefer it over ECA or NYC though because I can still function on it while the other two make me feel like absolute shit after a few days.

Clen doesn't cause liver damage.

You take taurine to stop the reduced T4-T3 conversion in the liver caused by the Clen after 2 weeks...therefore extending Clens fat buring effects.

taurine (with potassium) also stops the much dreaded "clen cramps".
 
I have taken clen in the past with great success. It really heats me up, almost feverish. But a homemade ECA stack w/Ephedrine HCL is another story. I recently started making my own and the fat is just melting off. I don't think it has the same muscle sparing properties that Clen may have, well not to the same degree but it is doing the job. Plus it was convenient to pick some up online, without worrying if the source was legit.

Definitely take taurine/potassium. I wish I knew about that combo before because the leg cramps, on top of joint pains from winny made for crappybangy workouts. I also read that oral Yohimbine allows you to take Clen for longer periods of time i.e. 4 weeks.

As far as being tired, I've never taken "superclen w/k"but regular clen can do it to you if you take too much without first letting your body adjust to it.

Not necessarily. Sure, ketotifen will make you tired, but I, and many others, have used clen without ketotifen and became sleepy in the middle of the day.
