ok im on 100mcgs of clen today, started feeling the cramps on 80mcgs, is there any other side effect i would be feeling..im not sweating, dont feel hot...is this right?

well, im on clen also , i just feel the heat/and my fingers shake a little, but no cramps, im taking around 60-70mcgs a day.. along with t-3 , its the stuff from AG .. good shit

i got tremors in my hands (especially when i held them out in front of me.) and my palms were always sweaty. i was taking 160 mcg's though.

Shortness of breath hits me at about 80mcg. Can walk up a flight of stairs without being seriously winded.

I cramp all over from it - even though I take mag, cal & potassium. Believe it or not a cup of chicken soup is what gets rid of the cramping.

I tried clen but at about 80mcg I started cramping really bad. Tried potassium,taurine, increased water intake. Nothing worked for me. Had to stop taking it.

how you does the stuff from AG? the bottle looks like a dropper. does a drop equal a certain amount. or do you dose with a needle? i have insulin needles that i could use but i dont think the needle is long enough o reach the clen the bottle.

I used a syringe to dose. A regular 25g 3ml syringe.
