Hey guys.whats up? I'm about to start some clen/t3 soon and just wanna get some inputs and solid info. I just finished a test/tren cycle. It was ok..but I think it was too low of doses for any real gains. But right now I just wanna get some weight down and cut the bf%. I'm 27 years old,6'0" and weigh arount 225. I would love to get down to around 200-190. As far as bf I don't know exactly what it is. I mainly just have some fat in the stomach. Starting tomorrow I'm starting my diet for a cutting phase. I workout 5 days a week. And I work 3rd shift. So I get to the gym around 6:20 in the morning. So some of my questions are: when I do the clen, what time should I take it since i'm a 3rd shifter. Also I heard 2 weeks on/2 off is best. Is that correct? Also I read not to go past 140mcg of clen in a day. So what is the best t3 dosage with the clen? And is an ECA stack something I should do on the weeks off? And when should I start the benadryl? As soon as I start the clen or my weeks off? I'm sorry for all the questions but everytime I read a thread it has sooo many different suggestions and info.
Now my cardio will be 4-5 days a week of 30-45 min of the stairmaster. Burning 400-500 cals per session. And my diet is gonna be as listed below.
Macros:1945 cals/282pro/160carbs/29fats.
Meal 1(8:30P.M. when i wake up) oatmeal and egg whites
Meal 2(11;00P.M.) protein shake(60 grams)
Meal 3(2:00 A.M.) 6 oz of baked chicken and brown rice
Meal 4(5:00 A.M.) 4 oz chicken meat on 2 slices on whole wheat bread( 1 hour before gym
Meal 5(8:00 A.M) Right after my workout...Protein shake(60 grams)
Meal 6(10:30-11A.M) before bed....6 oz of baked chicken,salad fat free dressing,and sweet potato.
Any good info would be greatly appreciated. Also any help with the diet would be awesome. Please no negative input. Just help. Thanks alot!
