Clen Sides keeping me up

Been running clen for about a week, 100mcg in the morning as soon as i wake up at 8am. minimal jitters and shaking went away after a couple days. but my heart still beats like crazy all day and night, i cant fall asleep til 3-4am. thinking about dropping it unless i can get that problem fixed. any suggestions?
 
+1 you can work your way higher.

I occasionally go up to 150mcg. 75 morning, 75 afternoon.

If your heart is racing, then you are taking too much. At 150mcg, my heart doesn't race at all, except for the first few hours.

Also when ever I am taking clen, I use need2sleep at night.
 
what's your BP and heart rate? Clen can be dangerous, if they're too crazy, just drop it all together until everything is normal again, and if you start again, go with a lower dose next time; you should be kicking your metabolic rate up a little, not having a racing heart all day...
 
I was taking 240mcg e/d and once I got used to it, I was able to fall asleep fine. Maybe try a sleep aid...or use the ECA stack instead if it's too much.
 
do a bit more searching, I take 50mcg a day for week then 100mcg for second week then back to 50mcg third week, then I take a week off, 100mcg is a little much for getting to sleep but I clear my receptors by taking a benadryl at night. what works for me might not be best for you but research a little more and cycle it like anything else. I'm a noob and new to clen but its working well for me maybe someone on here can chip in that has used more.

this is not my first time with clen. i have gone up to 140mcg. the benadryl every 3rd week is a myth, it hasnt been proven. and why are you taking a week off if youre taking benadryl? that defeats the whole purpose of that idea anyways.

First thing, drop your dosages of clen, I would drop it to 40mcg at this point. It's likely this dosage is too high. :)
