Clen schedule?

I just started using clen this week for the first time and will be running it for a month (running with Ketotifen and Benedryl). I'm currently running it at 80 micrograms and will be bumping it up to 120 in the next few days and keeping it there. I was just curious to know how you guys, that have used it in the past like to take it? I'm taking 40 micrograms in the morning upon waking before cardio and then 40 micrograms early afternoon. My lifting partner likes to do it all upon waking. I figured I would follow the oral steroid routine and spread it out to possibly keep more sides away. I do have the slight shakes but luckily no headaches. I haven't yet felt really hot or sweaty although that may change once I bump up. Do you guys prefer to take it all at one time or spread out throughout the day?

When I first started taking clen, I got it from a friend, and at the time I thought he was a know-it-all about this stuff...that is, until I came HERE and met people like needto to direct me in the right direction, which is what I'm about to do for you.

Do not.. I repeat.. do NOT take anything above 50mcg at one time. Back when I did this on my own, I ramped up to 120mcg and literally took all at once. I don't know how I'm not dead right now! That's a heartattack recipe bro.

The way needto set it up for me when I did it for the EF contest this past month. I ramped up to 140. Luckily the clen I bought and use, it came with a convenient little eyedropper with a .25ml, .50ml, etc big clear hash marks on it. I probably went a little over the 140 honestly, because what I'd do is .25ml each time.. and considering the clen I use is 200mcg per ml, I'd fill it to .25 and go ahead and take 50 each time. I did this 3 times per day, space it out about 5 or so hrs a piece if you can, that's best. And don't take it too late in the day or your ass will be tossing and turning all night long.

Be careful with what kind of cardio you do when you're on clen, too. My pre-EF days when I did this on my own I did HIIT with it.. HA. one time and I knew it was impossible. What works best for me is a longer steady session, honestly..

One more thing, I was also told you should ramp-down when you peak at your max dose...don't do this. They say you'll be wasting your clen cycle and I fully believe this. I also do not believe in the "2 week on/1 week off" rule anymore, after talking to needto about it, he's the one that told me not to worry about that. I ran it for a good 3 1/2 weeks no problem.

It varies from person to person. Just play around with it (don't get too crazy though) and see what works for you. :)

Yeah, I won't be doing the ramping up and down ordeal and I'll be running it a month straight since I'm running the keto with it to keep my receptors cleaned. Thanks for the input, I figured it would be best to be running it the way I have been, just early morning and early afternoon. No way I would take it after 3 pm because I love my sleep to much. I do steady fasted cardio 4 times weekly on my elliptical for 45 mins and make sure to keep my heart rate between around 140 so I'm not going overboard by all means. I get a decent sweat out of it and I'm not killing myself in the process. I'm just running it to get a little more cut before my cycle coming up so I can hopefully be pretty shredded throughout the summer.

Now now bro. Don't get too excited. I said you don't need to ramp DOWN at the end... you DO however need to ramp UP at the beginning. Do not start taking 140mcg day one. Work up to it. When I do it, I usually start around 60-80mcg per day.. I'll do two doses spaced out. I do NOT start at max dose day one, that's not recommended bro. Be patient. Also.. make sure you're eating correctly. If your diet isn't spot-on, this will all be a waste, trust me. In the past when I'd run this I didn't watch what I ate and I experienced clen sides for nothing.

Speaking of which, are you familiar with what you're getting into with clen? I'm taking sweating like CRAZY all day everyday after taking your dose...periodic headaches, some people get them bad (i do, i already get migraines often, it's hereditary, clen just puts them in turbo mode)....i shake to the point of not even being able to take notes in class or even write my own name...when you get to higher doses, just sitting there people can see your entire body shaking. I mean this isn't stuff to play around with. Make sure you get your ducks in a row before you jump in feet-first with this. Do your research. I'm here though as an experienced user if you need any help with this, and there are plenty of people on this site who will be willing to help you too if I'm unable to.
 
Oh I didn't start at the max dosage at day one, lol I'm not that crazy :). I actually started at 40 micrograms and boosted up to 80 micrograms 4 days later, making sure I wasn't having bad sides. I'll be bumping up to the max 120 in a few days and that will be my top off point. A few buddies have taken clen in the past so I've seen the sides it has and they did lose a nice amount of fat on it. I'm just running it for this one month. I have noticed the slight tremors kick in but I haven't started sweating my ass off or getting headaches yet thankfully. For some reason I don't sweat easily at all so that might have something to do with the sweats not kicking in yet. I have heard that the ketotifen can help keep the sides down though so that too could be a big reason the sides aren't kicking my ass yet. It's funny you said something about taking notes in class and having the shakes because that same exact thing happened to me the other day in class. I kept having to put my hands and arms under the table, being afraid the teacher might notice the tremors since I sit at the front of class. I know alot of people that all takes the clen in the morning, some even goes as high as 200mcg all at once...

Last clen cycle i did i went for half morning and half afternoon(80mcg each time) and had no problem with it, i guess it all depends on how well your body tolerates it

Hey everyone! I was contemplating using clen as part of my PCT plan along with clomid. I will be taking test e with dbol. I was wondering if you thought it would be OK to run clen with my PCT?

I am aware of the effect of clen. I actually took it back in my mid 20’s by accident. Back then I didn’t have a solid guy. He told me they were winny tabs. After feeling very weird, I researched on the net to find out they were not winny and they were clen. I did continue to take them, but lowered the dose. Obviously I never spoke with him again. I am in a better place now and have learned a lot and have a very trustful guy. I was just thinking that after coming off from the test e and dbol cycle the clen may be able to help me keep my gains and rid myself from some of the excess fat/water from the cycle. I realize it doesn’t really cut fat but rather direct calories to the muscles. I was thinking about running something light like 80mcg a day starting with 40mcg in the beginning. I was going to do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off twice. Also, I have asthma and use an inhaler rarely only when needed. Do you think this would actually help my asthma? Any advice good or bad would be great!

It's a bronchodilater(spelling)...But I think the FDA goes more for albuterol for asthma patients not so much Clen anymore because of the half/active life of it and what not...or so I've read. Clen has a half-life of 36 hours, what would be the point of splitting up the doses other than in the beginning to assess tolerance? Whether 40mcg or 200mcg, its going to be in your system the next day. Everyone reacts differently, I myself am on a dose of 140mcg and can sleep like a baby, even midday. I know of others that sweat profusely and shake at 60mcg. You don't know how you're going to react until you taper up, test the waters, and assess how much you can handle.
 
Plannin to run clen for 3 weeks on 1 week off (during a test/tren cycle)? is it still ok, will it losse its effectiveness?

So what are you saying my friend, are you backing up my statement about not having to taper down at the end or what? Couldn't tell if there was a question in there.

Yes I did reread your posts and my experience with it would back up what you're recommending. I think the most important thing is that for those using liquids to be very, very careful with measuring out doses and ramping up because it's easy to mess it up without paying attention. I've heard of people just filling up their dropper by eye and not really paying attention to the fact their product was 200mcg/ml. I personally have used both with success, but prefer pills because of the ease of use and you know exactly how much you're using.

The only questions I have concern why it's necessary to split up your doses throughout the day if the half-life is 36+ hrs. I suppose if it does "kick in" that fast it makes sense, but I've never noticed a difference between popping 80-140mcg at once or taking it split three times throughout the day. Can anyone shed some light on reasons for spreading doses?

Well, think about it. Do you honestly see no difference in taking 40mcg and 200mcg at once? You split it up because you'll have a damn heart attack if you overload it like that. Even when I just do my 40-50mcg dose you can see my heart beating through my shirt, which is normal if the clen is legit. If you take 200mcg...jesus. I can't even imagine that. Not good for you, my friend.

Can I use Clen with Anavar and how should I take it? I have 20mg kapsules of Anavar and would like to burn some fat also with clen. Is it ok to take first kapsule when I wake up and then the next one before I go to gym? Thank you for the answer ahead! :D

I'm gonna let someone else take this one. I'm experienced with clen but I myself have never done var. I could tell you stuff from what I have learned from researching (which you can be doing too) and from what I've heard/read others doing, but that's about it.

Check my profile pic. I'm not too sure the %. I can however say that this last time was the only time I saw legit results with it, and it's because my diet was in check. Clen is not very forgiving. If you don't have everything in line you'll be wasting your time with it
 
OK. So, i've read that the best time to take clen is in the morning, but not close to workout. what if i do cardio in the morning (it's the best for fat burning), like running for 30 min. when should i take clen? after this?
