I just started using clen this week for the first time and will be running it for a month (running with Ketotifen and Benedryl). I'm currently running it at 80 micrograms and will be bumping it up to 120 in the next few days and keeping it there. I was just curious to know how you guys, that have used it in the past like to take it? I'm taking 40 micrograms in the morning upon waking before cardio and then 40 micrograms early afternoon. My lifting partner likes to do it all upon waking. I figured I would follow the oral steroid routine and spread it out to possibly keep more sides away. I do have the slight shakes but luckily no headaches. I haven't yet felt really hot or sweaty although that may change once I bump up. Do you guys prefer to take it all at one time or spread out throughout the day?
When I first started taking clen, I got it from a friend, and at the time I thought he was a know-it-all about this stuff...that is, until I came HERE and met people like needto to direct me in the right direction, which is what I'm about to do for you.
Do not.. I repeat.. do NOT take anything above 50mcg at one time. Back when I did this on my own, I ramped up to 120mcg and literally took all at once. I don't know how I'm not dead right now! That's a heartattack recipe bro.
The way needto set it up for me when I did it for the EF contest this past month. I ramped up to 140. Luckily the clen I bought and use, it came with a convenient little eyedropper with a .25ml, .50ml, etc big clear hash marks on it. I probably went a little over the 140 honestly, because what I'd do is .25ml each time.. and considering the clen I use is 200mcg per ml, I'd fill it to .25 and go ahead and take 50 each time. I did this 3 times per day, space it out about 5 or so hrs a piece if you can, that's best. And don't take it too late in the day or your ass will be tossing and turning all night long.
Be careful with what kind of cardio you do when you're on clen, too. My pre-EF days when I did this on my own I did HIIT with it.. HA. one time and I knew it was impossible. What works best for me is a longer steady session, honestly..
One more thing, I was also told you should ramp-down when you peak at your max dose...don't do this. They say you'll be wasting your clen cycle and I fully believe this. I also do not believe in the "2 week on/1 week off" rule anymore, after talking to needto about it, he's the one that told me not to worry about that. I ran it for a good 3 1/2 weeks no problem.
It varies from person to person. Just play around with it (don't get too crazy though) and see what works for you.
