Clen question

I started clen on 3/30/08 been ramping up. Wondering why im not losing much weight? I am getting hot and the jitters but not like "sweating" like people talk about just heat flashes. I am doing cardio as much as possible 2-3x a week and eating low caloric diet. I am 5'10 184 not sure on the BF but have been told 14% or so. I am noticing a little fat loss but still have it in stubborn abdominals ;) I am able to exercise ALOT more and here is my dosage schedule. Overall I enjoy it but I don't see how people are losing 14lbs+ on this shit? could it be I am used to stims (adderall)?

Days 1-4: 25 mcg am / 25mcg pm
Days 5-8: 50 mcg am / 25mcg pm
Days 9-12: 50 mcg am / 50mcg pm
Days 13-16: 75 mcg am / 50 mcg pm
Days 17-20: 75 mcg am / 75mcg pm
Days 21-24: 100 mcg am / 75 mcg pm
Days 25-28: 100 mcg am / 100 mcg pm

You could be tolerant to stimulants. But it has only been 2 1/2 weeks. I really started to notice the fat fly off by the end of week 3.

Only 2-3X of cardio? Not enough IMO. I was doing cardio 6-7X a week with 2 of those days with an added session. If you are noticing fat loss then that is a good sign. Clen doesn't burn off 10 lbs of fat a week. I suggest low carb diet (under 100gr a day) if u r not already doing so.

!! lol 8and20 thats you! lol yes your the man I keep the Clenbible on my desktop when I need to check dosages, thanks man. I have school full time and work full time I don't have free time so I am off to the gym as we speak, i gotta get it when I can get it ya know?

wake up early my friend and hit it on an empty stomach.

do u have breaks between classes? walk around campus briskly.

I live off campus and the drive is about 35min-1hour into Boston and my work is not far from there and I am up at 6am to get ready and don't get home till 1030pm most nights. I go from work-school or vice versa. So no breaks.
 
i have had the same results, little fat loss, no weight loss. But my cardio was low, I just started doing my cardio and abs in the a.m., and weights in the afternoon, and bout to start back on my clen next week so im in the same boat hopin this time i will see more results. good luck to you.

cardio will make or break clen :(.
 
I think clen is another product thats overrated. I think it sheds a lot more water than it does fat. Also, shouldnt you be already very lean to be able to reap its benefits?
 
i've used clen a few times and it definitely made me sweat like a whore in an orgy and jitters like a bastard...weight and fat loss, not all that much...personally for the jittery sides, it definitely doesn't seem like something i'll do again

beats eca anyday of the week. strips pure fat my friend. u dont need to be lean at all. if u r 50lbs overweight and u lose 10-15lbs off of clen u may not notice a whole lot in the mirror compared with another person with a low bf%. though if u r that far out of shape u should diet the old fashion way and get to a more reasonable level or the rebound will be horrible.
 
lol :) thanks for the replies guys. Its definitely something I like and I am noticing some of the sides but mildly like insomnia sometimes if I take it too late jitters like woah and not so much sweat unless im doing cardio then im drippin.

I just got off of 2 weeks of clen. I'm doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I'm around 17-20% bf, don't reall know, haven't gotten it checked yet but I have been on Keto and clen and lost about 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Its hard for me to lose weight so I also hit low intensity cardio for about 2 to 4 hours a day. Basically inbetween classes.
 
2-4 hours a day!!! Wow bro! U better be keeping your protein at 2-2.5 grams per lb or your muscle will go bye bye along with fat.

im doing clen too. my first time and almost in to week 3. still havent noticed much fat loss. i have bad jitters, and it is hard to type. lol i just need to get the dieting down. what is keto?
 
I just finished a run with clen/t3 and made great results, but my diet was strict. also I was running 180mcg, that might make a big difference.

180mcg ED...damn bro...that's some serious shit there...i'd be shaking all day like i was having a seizure on that much...it was tough for my body to handle 100mcg ED

as u become more tolerant to CNS stimulants it is nothing.
 
I can start out now on 200mcgs/daily with clen and only suffer slight jitters..it's all a matter of tolerance and everyone differs.

Liquid I think you could up your dose a little more from what your saying and defintiely try to get some more cardio into your routine and then you should see some better benefits.
