I started clen on 3/30/08 been ramping up. Wondering why im not losing much weight? I am getting hot and the jitters but not like "sweating" like people talk about just heat flashes. I am doing cardio as much as possible 2-3x a week and eating low caloric diet. I am 5'10 184 not sure on the BF but have been told 14% or so. I am noticing a little fat loss but still have it in stubborn abdominals
I am able to exercise ALOT more and here is my dosage schedule. Overall I enjoy it but I don't see how people are losing 14lbs+ on this shit? could it be I am used to stims (adderall)?
Days 1-4: 25 mcg am / 25mcg pm
Days 5-8: 50 mcg am / 25mcg pm
Days 9-12: 50 mcg am / 50mcg pm
Days 13-16: 75 mcg am / 50 mcg pm
Days 17-20: 75 mcg am / 75mcg pm
Days 21-24: 100 mcg am / 75 mcg pm
Days 25-28: 100 mcg am / 100 mcg pm
