clen ... my f'n head is pounding

its day 2 of my first cycle, took 20mcgs yesterday and 40 today. after my first pill this morn at like 10, got a killer migraine. lasted till about 9 at night. i want to up it tomorrow to 60 mcgs, but im afraid of the damn headache again. my shakes were minimal today, just the goddamn throbbing skull. just wondering if i should up the dosage tomorrow or not?

take it slow and steady for a few days, let ur body adjust to the reaction, then go up.

I'm with those guys....take it slow when you first start. I got headaches when I first started to but I gave it a couple days and they subsided. After that I upped the dosage to 80mcg/day and that did it for me. Personally I don't like clen. but that's just because it gave me cramps. Alot of other people swear by it, so it's all good. I read your post a couple days ago about that DNP. I wouldv'e tried it but I just got off the clen. Maybe I'll try it next time.

thanks for the advice so far. i think im gonna do 40 mcgs again tomorrow and see how i feel. oh yah .. any info on the ketotifen would be much appreciated <no knowledge of it>. accessibility, form .. anything. thanks again

My wife was the same way. She got a blistering migraine from clen. I took it without any problem. It may be something inherit to females, my source said he's received several complaints about clen and headaches predominately from women.

well i did the 60 mcgs today, slept a good amount and drank more water. no headaches. thank god. shakes still werent that bad. so im gonna up it to 80 mcgs. lost 3 lbs on third day so fr. we'll see if this keeps up ............

I had the same problem with the .4 mg clen...I had to go down to 1/2 a tab per day

does that mean u started out with a whole tab = 400mcg! every day?? even at 200, no wonder u had headaches.
