clen? for women

hey, i was just wonderin if ya'll girls could help me out. i've got some female friends that walk and lightly work out bout 3 times a week. there all bout 120to 140lbs and would like to lose a size or 2 and bout 15lbs. would clen by it self be good and if so bout how much should they take per?? , if not what kind of supplement would you recommend? thanks very much ladies. ;) ;)

Clen is not a magic pill. Get them to clean up there diet and train hard. Supps an ECA stack, protien, and glutamine.
It is 60% diet 35% training 5% supps.
 
How do they eat? That will make the difference. Clen will make no difference if they do not eat clean and train hard. Lightly lifting and walking sometimes DO NOT qualify as training hard or seriously. Clean diet and gaining some muscle will make the difference.
 
Very true as to what these ladies have said. Clen is some crazy $hit. I have taken it a few times in the past with cynomel. It works but if they are barely starting out I am sure a clean diet....cardio...and weight training will suffice well. :)
