Yes I know that, not sure my hommie does, but with a good stable diet and training routine, would clen give him any advantage with his weight loss.I personally liked clen when I used it.. it was great for cutting water wieght, but i'm sure you already know there's nothing better than a clean diet and cardio..

I would say it more or less depends on his condition. Are we talking never exercised obese? Are we talking former athlete that's put on some fat? etc.

On the positive side its easy to lose weight when you are that high. Slight adjustments in diet and added cardio will have a massive effect (like it already has apparently)
It will be tough once he hits a spot where his body is going to require more of a plan to get results. At that point i would suggest some T3 possibly.
As a matter of fact he might want to get his thyroid output checked now. If he's hypo then his doc might put him on meds that will speed up his fatloss (T3/T4) (although it won't be prescribed for that specific purpose)
This of course in addition to a better diet.
He watches me lift at lunch alot and is totally freaked out at how ripped I am and that I bench over 400. He just says Im a freak of nature. He is a really good dude so I try to tell him what I know, but my genetics allow me to be strong and fairly cut up and at the local gym ur either big and strong or cut and weak. He likes to hang wit me cause all the gym hoes always come by to holla at the kid. This dudes main motivation without a doubt is the Puss. WHich i Guess to a kid like that is Motovation.OMG, 450 and JUST started working out?????
