clen dosage

Hey guys, gonna run some clen and T3 when i start the cutting portion of my cycle in about a month.

Was wondering how high I should go with the clen, I figure I would go

20 x 2 days
40 x 2 days
60 x 2 days
80 x 9 days

and repeat this 2 week cycle 3 times running eca in between.

Looks good to me. I have done 80mcg before, it's pretty decent. Give it at try and see how it works for you.
 
is it better to take the max clen doseage at one time.....for instance when you wake up in the morning or to space out the tabs through out the day
 
i have asked this a few times but no answer yet...does anyone take there temperature daily to see what it is?and is there a certain temp you usally back try and stay under?

Either way... 20mcg, in my expereince is nothing. I would up it. 80mcg isn't that high either - maybe I am tolerant. I would start at LEAST 60mcg... see how it goes. Worst I ever had from it was hand shakes... no big deal. I have been around 200mcg a day. I have only used it for 4 seperate 2 week cycles so it is not like I am burnt out on it... not sure.

I find clen to be mild, but that could just be me. Just make sure to drink your water, take you potassium, and get your taurine in there...

Yea I took the liquid Clen(Ventipulmen) and it did nothing except give me the sides.

I had heard the pills were better and I could get by on less as you see results with smaller amounts.

Clen, for me, is weird like that too. It doesn't *SEEM* to do much when I used it, later I realized that I was gaining muscle and loosing fat though. I can't say it was the clen, but my body composition was changing. No weight loss.

But that is good..... err.... right? :supercool
 
I got absolutely zero from clen & T-3. I guess I'm just weird....had to consider stronger things.
 
I like the noted increase in body temputure. Espesialy in between the shoulder blades.
(with clen bieng the beta-2 site antogonist, and the beta-2 concentration in the brown fat cells between the shoulder blades).

t-3 I could live without though, but hey all the help counts
 
When I ran clen I bumped the dose 20mcg ED until I found a dose that I could feel. I think the most I have ever taken was around 60mcg-80mcg ED, some take more, but I am "hot natured" and I can sweat a river if I take too much anything!! lol i always have best results with 2weeks on 2 weeks off.

Your plan looks good, your body will tell you if your dosage is too strong. If you feel weak, dizzy, or sick then back the dosage back down by 20mcg.

wow 60-80mcg? Damn, I must tolerate stimulants well. Uh... CNS overload history probably plays a part. FK
 
I used clen in 3 seperate 2 week cycles the last few months and have now started again. I am using like this.....40mcg, 60mcg, 80mcg, 100mcg for 8 days, then come down again to 80, 60 and 40. This is working very well for me. I do have the shakes big time and maybe a few mild headaches which probably come from the low carb intake. I burned up fat big time with this method. Bam
 
it all depends how much you can handle but that looks good. personally Im very tolerant to it so I can one of chinaman's superclen tabs per day if I work up to it. I dont know how much taking 200mcg benefits as compare to 120 mcg which is where most people top out at.
 
Yeha I Have A Question Over Clenbuterol. I Have Never Taken Any Supplements And Wish To Drop Like 50 Pounds Of Fat. I Currently Wiegh 270lb With A 315 Bench And A 585 Squat. I Heard That Clenbuterol Is What Is Gonna Do The Job And That The Goal Can Be Achieved In Like To Cycle. Can Anybody Help Me Out.
 
holy shit do not take jh1's advice and start off with 60. I've use dit before, and just started again 3 days ago. Different brands are really different I think. 20mcgs was making me jittery as all shit.
