Fattygurl? Really? That's a hard name to go by no?

Your choice, but surely you have more to offer

Re:Clen, I think it can be a useful tool but there's a lot more I'd like to know first:

1. What's your diet?
2. What's your exercise?
3. What is keeping you from losing weight with diet and exercise?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can very easily overeat the small metabolic advantage Clen gives (not to mention the sides); this applies to any medication, AAS, supplement, volume of cardiovascular exercise... And even to bypass and/or banding.

You must learn to control your intake.

Now THAT we can help you with here.

very true, you need N2slin and a fat burrner more than clen, but before we advise we need more info just as my girl sweetieBolic mentoned.

Hey welcome aboard. My first impression is you sound determined that's a great start. With that and the help of EF I'm sure you will make your goals. Also new year new start. I wish you all the luck in achieving this.

You can get Need2slin, and it will help a little, but if you cut out the candy too you'll see exponential results.

If you order the N2slin time the candy-cutback -- you can do this! Don't let it wait until you need the banding.

I'm happy to help here or by PM and I know others are too. We are on your team, girl. Represent.

Ok I know this might sound hard when your addicted to candy but can I suggest instead of cutting it all out straight away. Why don't you take a bit away each day and swapping it with dates or a little fruit. This way it won't be so hard and you will bit by bit feel proud that your achieving sometimes this is all you need

Do you need to drop the weight to get a lapband? or you've had a lapband already? It would be important to note the medical piece before looking at something like clen.

Ok..never mind..just re read that. You're thinking about a lapband but looking at clen first? The key, even with a supplement, will be diet and that could be where we start to help you, like others have said. There are lots of threads with dosing suggestions for clen cycles but your diet needs to be spot on, counted to the last calorie.

What's your timeline?

If you stay on this site and listen to the ladies you will change your name soon enough. They have been through the process already and can keep you from making the mistakes that they made so that you get results quicker.
Don't be afraid to start a journal detailing what you eat, when you eat, how much you eat every day and also what you do at the gym and for cardio. What you will find is it will give you a great support system, extra motivation and the ability for others to fine tune what you are doing so you get maximum results.
The reality is with the lap band they are going to have you taking all the same supplements to be healthy as the ladies will here. Both will get you results. The difference is when you do it on your own there is a greater chance of staying where you want to when you get to your goal. The lap band has a high relapse rate.
Best of luck with all of your goals. You can do it. Trust me!

This... And regarding the user name...

The only reason I say anything is this, and bear with me because it's gonna sound a little crazy:

You are what you think. Your body is just a shell that reflects the way you talk to yourself. You've gotta think it before you can do it. So stop telling yourself you're fat and you suck and you're never gonna do it, blah blah blah...

There are plenty of people in this world who will spin that dialogue for you if you wanna hear it. You need to combat that constantly. The whole
"fake it 'til you make it" thing applies in fitness as much as anywhere.

Wanna be a thin person? Eat like a thin person, exercise like a thin person, think like a thin person and with a little time it will come to be. That's the beauty of it. The brass ring is right there for you to grab... You just have to stop telling yourself your arms aren't long enough.

Fat isn't a sin. I'm guessing you didn't get there by cannibalizing a small village. We all have fitness ups and downs. The people that win are the ones who fall off the horse and get right back on. Losers roll around in the dirt and probably even get some shit in their eyes.

Get on the horse. You have a whole cavalry here to support you. Do it right now. Don't wait.

xo

Wait! I've goggled N2 slin & I am unable to find where to purchase it. Does anyone have the link? Does it need to be stacked with anything.

Well that settles in newbie you should be Mrs bombshell !!

hi everyone! i am new to this site, and just have a question i hope i can get answered!
I have done a lot of reasearch on clen and am wondering if its right for me!
im 22 years old 5'8 and about 148 lbs
i am starting to eat healthy and got back into the gym
i am going to be doing about 40 min of cardio 5 -6 days a week, and some work oon my abs, arms, legs. etc.
as for eating, basically tons of veggies, as much protien and fibre as possible, and tons of water
I am hoping to get to about 130 which would mean 18lbs weight loss.
would clen be right for me?
and if so what would i take with it???

*also, my freind is in the same sitch, only diff is, she is on accutane ! is that a dangerous mix ?

So you've never taken anything before...? If you haven't started back at the gym yet, why not give it a good run naturally before putting stuff in your bod? Cause it sounds to me like you're motivated and ready to do it correctly...

I've done clen several times and if you browse around here I usually always give my two cents in clen related threads, I'm VERY much against it, in my personal opinion & experience (others agree w me, too), the sides you get just aren't worth the minimal weight loss you get... Plus 18lbs, idk, I normally associate clen with someone who just has that last small few lbs to lose, as I've never really gotten amazing results with it...

Just my opinion. There are a lot of supplements out there, fat burners at Needtobuildmuscle.com that work way better for most.
