I have been doing the traditional clen cycle. . .i a two week period working from 2 a day to about six, then back down again.
i was speaking with a trainer friend of mine, he like to shock his system a little bit and change up. Six a day for two days, off for two, then back on.
Any other cycles out there people want to share.
When i get to 5 and six the shacking is not bad, and i kind of like the tingling feeling in my arms and hands i get once and a while.
