First time using Clen. I have BP clen 40mcg tabs. I'm 35 and have been working out on and off all my life. I have been cutting for the last 2.5 months, and I'm down 25lbs (used eca for ~4 weeks not in a row). I seem to have reached a plateu and decided to try clen, since I had it. Started on Mondy, 20mcg, and got up to 80 mcg on Thursday. The "typical" sides were not a problem. No real shakes. Had a blistering migrane on Tuesday, but all in all not bad. The good sides were the all day energy (really felt trememdus energy all day, when I normally feel a little sluggish), and I sweat my balls off in the gym.
Now the strange stuff. I read that clen is supposed to increase both your BP and temp. I had the exact opposite reaction. I was a little conserned so I decided to stop taking it after the first 4 days. My temp while on clen was 1 - 1.5deg LOWER than normal. 97.1 while on, and today, my first day off clen, it's back to 98.6. From everything I read this is not the effect it should have.
I normally have slightly high BP so I always monitor when taking sups to keep an eye on my bodys reaction to stuff. My normal BP can be ~140/87. Now on clen it came WAY DOWN, 115/69. This makes no sense to me. So I stopped taking it.
Since I did do a eca stack, with one week off before the clen, i'm thinking maybe I didn't have enough time off. I'm taking a week off with benadryl nightly to "clear things up". I bought some liquiclen to try another companys product.
I know the risks with clen, i've read it all, but I'm determined to give this a try. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give my workouts and diet a 7, but when on sups the mental edge of getting the best results from using them brings them up to a 9.
Any comments/observations about the lowered BP and lowered body temp on clen would be helpful.
