CLEN and Winny Stack?!?

I am currently Taking 25mg of winny per day.

What is the most effective way to do the Clen cycle?

(I only have 3 weeks left on my 6 week winny cycle)
 
How old are you, how tall are you, how much do you weigh, what are your goals, what's your underwear size etc...
 
23 yrs old. 6'0" 235 lbs.

I have pretty good size, but I am trying to lose the mid-section. I have not measured my BF, but my goal is to lose 15-20 lbs.

I am currently on:

25mg of winny daily
630mg Green Tea Extract daily
Mega-Men

A strict diet is tough because of my busy schedule. I continually have to eat-out, and rarely eat more than twice daily. Any suggestions on when and what i should be eating?

And... Why is this more effective than 2 days on 2 days off??

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF, alterernate Clen with ECA
 
hold on a sec, you shouldn't even be doing AAS with your apparent knowledge of diet, training and gear. First figure out what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. if you're only eatin 1 or 2 meals a day how could you possibly be working out intensely all the time and still make gains, 25mg winstrol for 6 weeks and wanting to add clen in there at week 3 is terrible planning.

also, 1 week on and 1 week off isn't a good timing protocol for clen because of it's long half life. do you know what PCT is?

he could still be seeing some gains... as his genetics may allow for that... but with a diet like he is on... you are right... they will stop far from full potential... wheather bulking or cutting...

make time for it... or your results will be disappointing....
how have you progressed during your cycle so far? have you lost much fat yet?...
just remember... anabolics and drugs only enhance... diet is KEY...

What is PCT?


I plan on alternating the Clen with Xenadrine. I actually have had decent results so far on the Winny alone. Keep in mind I am not seeking massive gains in size. Genetically I am already built and put on size easily. My primary goal is to cut fat. Obviously I need to get my diet straight, and am going to have a trainer friend of mine put me on a diet.

sounds good, i would wait after you are recovered from the winstrol before running the clen / xenadrine. PCT stands for post cycle therapy. a day after you finish the winstrol take 50mg clomid everday for a few weeks and that should be fine.
 
Bro, I'd use 50mg Winny/day if I was you. Or at least 50mg EOD. Clen is best used 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Doasge depends on your tolaerance, but start out with 1 pill a day and work yourself up over consecutive days.
