First your diet will need to be excellent. I think low carb works the best.
Cardio 5-7x ew is a must.
1g of taurine (amino acid, get L-taurine) with each dose of Clenbuterol.
stay off all other stimulants until u find your max dose (yes including caffeine).
split daily doses up into 2. one when u wake up and the other no later than 4pm.
start your first dose on a saturday (if u have weekends off and dont have to be anywhere). this way if u dont react well to the Clenbuterol u can stop immediately and have time to recover for work.
There are a couple schools of thought. One is that you alternate 2 weeks on/off with an e/c/a stack. This is to help with beta receptors but ephedra is a beta-anatgonist itself. Clen is specifically a beta-2. So I now find this pointless. It can be done just to get a break from Clenbuterol sides (if u r prone). I say stick with Clenbuterol and every 3rd week take a benadryl before bed for a week straight. this will help with beta receptors.
since this is your first time i would run a 6 week cycle. 8 weeks is max imo. you will want to taper up the doses slowly. until u reach a max which you will hold for the duration. for women i dont think they should go above 100-120mcg a day. i have done as much as 200mcg without issue.
Days 1-4: 20mcg ed
Days 5-8: 30mcg ed
Days 9-12: 40 mcg ed
Days 13-16: 50 mcg ed
etc
etc
etc
until u reach either the limit i suggested for women or the max dose u can handle without unbearable sides, whichever is less.
i am leaving out quit a bit here assuming u have done proper research on this drug.
