Clen and Thermogenics:Receptor/Transmitter Question

Swordfish

Okay... I know you need to take breaks periodically from your thermos. Helps the receptors and transmittors get back to some semblance of normalcy and all that.

Clen works mostly by raising your body temp up slightly. I feel NO jitters or anything on it. Am I just too wigged out on the thermos I'd been on for a while to notice?

ALSO... do Clen and Thermos operate totally differently? What I'm getting at is.. is taking clen w/o thermos a "break" from your thermogenics?

Thanks, guys!

yes taking clen w/o thermo's is a break. That is why most people go 2weeks on ECA then 2weeks on Clen (repeat) for 8 weeks.

what about doing clen and ECA for two weeks. then just NYC for two weeks? and back to clen, cylcing every two weeks. maybe alternating clen + ECA, or clen + NYC

that's what I'm doing right now bro, and it's working very nicely. ECA for 2wks, NYC for 2wks, Clen for 2wks. Try it. :D

hmmm...

Iwans2bsolid,

Maybe you could straighten something out for me. If ECA targets the beta-2 receptors and clen targets them how does that give them a break? I was always under the impression that the reason clen was cycled was because it is such a potent Beta-2 agonist that after about two weeks the receptors in your body were downregulated to the point that it short of raising the dose and risking serious side effects it was of little benefit. I've never used clen before so I cannot speak for myself. However I have noticed that after about 5-6 weeks on my ECA it seems to diminish. Thanks.:)
