Clen and T3 whats the scoop?

I have been having some good weight loss results with a low calorie diet. I was 218 in Dec. and now am 196. Been lifting and cardio 4-5 times a week. I haven't noticed a significate gain in muscle. I am happy with the weight loss but want to not loose my muscle basically starving my self. I was doing brown rice and chicken x2, x7 with some other small meals 3 times a day. Just started adding protien shakes in that mix.

Basically I want to keep the weight loss going but get some good result with the hard work in the Gym. Some folks have said that Clen and T3 would be a good suppliment. What is the lowdown? How do you take it? Any info and what results I could expect would be a great help to decide if I want to invest.
 
I've taken both at the same time to cut. Mine was taken orally through a dropper. The clen kept me up at night sometimes and made me ridiculously jittery during the day. However, I had a buddy who felt really good on clen and had no problems. So I'd say try them and adjust what you take according to your reaction. T3 will replace your thyroid production, and helps cut. However, when you are done with it it's a good idea to take something to increase your natural thyroid. I use hot rocks. Otherwise your thyroid is suppressed and you are more likely to gain some weight back.
 
Clen and T3 together rock. What was said before is correct, you will gain some weight back after the T3 stops. It takes a couple of weeks for your thyroid to go back to normal. It's not as bad as people say it is, people who go on starvation diets I think mess up their thyroids worse than T3.
