Clen and t3 1st timer

I was just looking for some advice. Im a first timer (so go easy). I have done a search but cant find any info on it specifically for women so any help would be much apreciated!
Starting my 1st dose of clen and t3 tomorrow (ive done some reading and am aware of side effects). I was using eca with clean diet and cardio etc, hitting a plateau even after a eca break, so just looking for an extra push for 1month.
With a.m cardio and clean diet I plan to go with 2clen on day1 and increase one a day until 6 and then 6 a day. This with 25mcg t3 for 5days, then 50mcg for 5 days, then 75mcg for 28days and then taper down like i started.
After the 1 month i had planned to go back to eca.
I am looking to really blitz it for a month and loose fat.
Any advice or comments? Please
 
The T3/Clen stack is very effective for burning fat. But there is a down side that you must consider. T3 will burn muscle just as it does fat. On the surface that might not concern you, but what will concern you is the loss of metabolism that will occur. You have a couple of choices. Either run an AS with this stack to preserve muscle. Or when you come off your cycle, you have to have a perfect diet with no cheating and cardio your ass off to avoid the rebound that ALWAYS occurs after running T3.
 
(Excuse the ignorance) Will clen not help preserve muscle? what is AS? Will ECA help when I come off it?

AS=Anabolic Steroids. There is some evidence that clen is anti-catabolic, but T3 will win that battle. The last woman that I remember doing this stack lost 17 pounds in two months. Then two months later she gained 25. Net result of the fat burning cycle was gaining 8 pounds. Even when you ramp down the T3, your thyroid will not be functioning wery well at all when you come off. This means any carbs/fats that you eat will go right where you don't want it. I don't mean to discourage you because T3 and clen do work well. But you have to be very disciplined.
 
Thanks for the advice. I am on vacation in a month so the coming off of t3 and the weight gain is kinda worrying. Cardio might be limited but i do intend to stick to a clean diet (50%p 25%c 25%f). This probably would not be enough to avoid the weight gain though?
