Clen and cutting diet

Im on my 2nd day of clen and would like to know what u guys think about my diet and amount of exercise, I want maximum results so please let me know if im doing anything wrong. (1st time doing clen)

Im 5'11-165lbs b/f 22%

I lift Monday Wednesday and Friday and do 40 mins of cardio afterwords. I also do 40 mins of cardio on my days off (Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday) and take Sunday off to rest. I take my clen 9am in the morning then go to the gym about a hr or two later. My diet looks like this:

-9am clen
-9:30 protein shakes with 1cup of multi grain cheerios
-11:30 1 banana and 1 apple + 591ml of G2
-1:30 1 can of tuna 2 scoops of light mayo and a whole wheat wrap+ 2 rice cakes
-5:30 Whole grain past and sauce or 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of whole wheat rice
- Protein shake b4 bed

My protein is myo-fusion blend. Please give me some help on this one guys I would REALLY appreciate it
 
Hi there. where did you get your meal plan from? Put nicely, that part needs a lot of work. If I were you, Id consult someone like RADAR. A lot of people go to him with questions regarding their meal plans and what not. Holler at him and I'm sure he'd love to help steer you in the right direction.

As far as Clen goes, if you have questions on that Im happy to help. You didn't really tell us anything about your dosage or anything though. Care to share? and also, please tell me you did your research before beginning this. Too often these days people underestimate clen before jumping in with both feet and no plan..
 
Are you a chick or a dude? And if you're a dude... you WEIGH 165LBS! WHY are you wanting to 'cut'... even if you are 22%Bf at that weight and height... you should just eat clean, and put some muscle on bro... That's like 128 lean lbs... No good man... You'd weigh 141.57 @ 10% without ANY muscle loss... that's no good.. try and just eat clean, and lift.. HEAVY...

Drop the clen too.. cuz you'll SURELY lose muscle on that.. and you don't have much to spare...

You can't chisel a pebble... But I hear ya... I was like 123lbs @ 5'11.. so I've been there...

I more less put it together myself, i was told to eat from 5 to 7 small meals a day. Im not very good at the diet aspect of working out. i know what fats are good and which are bad and i know that i need to get close to a gram of protein for every pound of my weight. Ive been researching clen since I was told about it 3 months ago. I have 40mcg caps which I cant accurately split in half so Im going to just go up and down dosage at 40. Tomorrow is the third day ive been running clen (at 40mcgs) and I'm tolerating it very well. I'm going to go up to 80 on day 4,120 day 8-12,80 day 13,40 day 14.
My questions are-Will benadryl make that much of a difference? is that enough cardio? I was told to keep my cardio at a medium pace and not run or jog just fast walking lol! I cant stand fast walking bro i need to run. and last question. Im fully aware of the pyramid dosage cycle or w.e it is called but could'nt follow it by going up at 20mcgs at a time due to my 40mcg capsules. So i built up fine but... But going off 40mcgs the last 2 day's.. How will that effect me and the process of clen?? Good looking out bro Thanks
 
Why would i lose muscle mass? I thought clen had "anti-catabolic" properties which spare muscle and burned stored fat? I would like to Start lean 4 the summer and go hard next year while bulking. I have a thin frame and cant seem to get past 160-165 so to get rid of being skinny fat get rid of the fat and build from there... Right?

First off, the whole 'you need to ramp down when you come off clen' is pretty much a myth. Not necessary. Just come off it when you're done. Secondly..as far as cardio goes, with me for instance ESP when I am at higher doses, I keep the cardio at a steady pace and just go longer. Stay away from HIIT, that's a heart attack waiting to happen lol

As far as diet goes yes it's good doing the frequent meals but I think what freaked us out is the random times you have them set for.. Usually people eat every 2.5-3 hrs etc.

And ps yes you CAN split those suckers up into 20s. Im assuming they're caps w powder in them is why you're not wanting to do it? It's a pain in the a$s but crack that sucker open and split the powder in half. Is it a pain yes but if you're gonna go this route don't half-a$s it. Do it correctly. You only get one body. Don't F it up by being lazy..
 
Ok so 9:30/11:30/1:30/4:30/6:30?? & I wanted to just split the powder in half and down it with water but I didnt know if that would work, or hurt my body. Just figured the capsule was a time release and to take it without the cap would be to much 4 my body at once. Will clen ACTUALLY spare my muscle so I just burn fat?? As dude said I dont have much to spare and I'm what they call a "hard gainer" so I dont want to lost much if all any.
