**clen And Creatine???**

Im using the same stack right now. I have started to take clen/creatine 10weeks ago and it works great!!! just great post cycle stack!

JUST a thought really. I read creatine deydrates you because it draws available water into the muscle cell. Clen dehydrates me purely because I sweat so much when on it!
Anybody know how Clen and Creatine interact with each other? Synergisticaly?
Anything else I should throw into the formula?

I've heard that taking clen with creatine may increase creatine's absorption, by the way clen is strongly anticatabolic, therefore it will help gainig more muscle during bulking up.

If you dunno whether clen or creatine is toxic or not then just do some research. By the way If you're planning to do creatine with clen then you should expect more muscle gains because of clen's anticatabolic properties and creatine's water retention properties also. Clen can be diuretic, but this does not mean that the water which you'll put on with creatine will go away completely.

I can't write more information to this thread. Maybe I mention that a friend of mine was using those substances together and had great results with them. When he did only creatine with high GI carbs, he put on 8 lbs. When he did the same cycle with clen he put on almost 11 lbs. The decision is in your hand. Do it or not! Its that simple.

When you refer to ephederine, I assume you are talking about an ECA stack. Forgive me if I'm wrong. Personally I would not take them together. Not because when combined they are bad for you but because in a way they would cancle each other out.
If you're taking creatine you expect to gain a few extra pounds with water retention. You also will be trying to gain stregnth and possibly a little size.
With ECA you will be attempting to lose weight by increasing your metabolism, and using the eca as an appetite suppressent. IMO ECA would not be wise post cycle because of the speeding up of the metabolism. I feel this is the time to help your body adapt to coming off the sauce, rather than trying to lose some weight. Just my opinion.
As for the question as to what to take with creatine and clomid, I am also taking glutamine and ZMA post cycle.

I have seen a study in flex showing when caffine is taken with creatine it stops the creatine from working. I think taking it with ephedrine is ok though.
