clen and cardio

Yeah, it's all a personal preference and will vary from individual to individual. I usually do 3-4 days of cardio per week, 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach no matter what kind of fat burner I'm on, unless I'm trying to bulk up. Some may need to do more, some less.
 
About to hit the clen and cardio myself. As I just bulked I figured with reducing my calories, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off clen with hydroxycut on my off week, and cardio for 30 mins EOD I should fare well.
 
its all relative...i do 20-25 minutes 4x a week when on clen depends on your body and how it reacts...i'd start at 20 minutes 4x a week and then adjust accordingly
 
I have some clen with keto.... I haven't been using it though because I thought that you couldn't do much cardio while on it.
 
i felt absolutely nothing on ventipulmin type clen, i was very disapointed, i guess some people theres no effect, any good recomendations on fat burners?
 
some people don't have a problem doing cardio on clen like myself, it all depends on the person. It does make me sweat like a hog though.
 
I do 40 mins cardio, twice a day... empty stomach in the morning, carb depleted in the afternoon... Even better, Ketogenic diet while on clen...
