Clen and a no carb deit? PLEASE HELP

im 6ft 230lb dont know bf prob around 15 to 17%.
my goal is to lose as much weight as possblie before the last week of august.
i race cars and if i could drop 10lbs by then would be huge.
heres my diet: 1) 4 whole organic eggs, 1 scope of whey iso. (fish oil, multi)
2) 2 scopes of whey iso, 2 tlb natural pb, creatine, bcaa, psyllium husk.
3) 6 oz of chicken breast, 1/3 cup of almonds
4) 1 can tuna, turkey cold cutts, 1 tlb olive oil
5) 2 scope whey iso, 2tlb natty pb, creatine , bcaa, psyllium husk.
6) 4 whole organic eggs, 3 egg whites, 3 turkey bacon.
50min of steady pace cardio every morning. on empty stomach. started at 30min and worked up each week.
lifting 4 days aweek.

i been doing this for 4 weeks and lost about 10-12lbs (alot of water).
weight lose has seem to slow.

Im going to countine to up the morning cardio and eventually add a 2nd session at night.

I feel like im doing everything right and i just wanna add something to help speed the process along.

IM LOOKING TO ADD SOMETHING LIKE CLEN OR T3 BUT HAVE NEVER TRIED IT BEFORE I WOULD LIKE SOME HELPFUL INFO FROM SOME ONE WITH SOME EXPERIENCE. ANY OTHER ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT THANKS GUYS.
 
Clen is great bro. You can only take it for a certain amount of time before you cycle off.
Adderllin is a strong thermo to use when not on the Clen.
 
I'm sure it was good. Other Will chime in I'm sure.

I would think you would just stave on that diet. Theres nothing of substance to it. Try the Cyclick Ketogenic Diet.
 
im not starving but my metabolism has def slowed down a bit.

im taking psyllium husk which is a a good source of fiber 3x a day.

DOES ANYONE THINK THAT AN ANTI-E WOULD HELP AT ALL( drop water)?

OR EVEN AN ORAL AAS LIKE WINNY ALONG WITH THE CLEN?

I wouldn't use one that is too strong. Forma-stanazol might be good option. I think it is okay to take it off cycle.
 
No carb diets suck. I would slowly lower carbs till your down to about 150 grams a day. Keep the diet clean and calories moderate. The body needs carbs to work properly. Keep the intensity high in the gym with cardio and you should have no problems.

The no carb thing will work temporarily and help to lose weight but you will also be losing muscle, no doubt about that!
