Clen is not a miracle drug...if she doesnt know how to train or eat...she will be spinning her wheels..you may want to take this to the womens fitness forum...they would have the best answer.

yes,,,start with one tab and taper up daily until you reach her optimal/tolerable level.

If you're going to go w/ these pills consider getting a pill cutter so at least you can do the dose increase in smaller increments.

I totally lost it the other day on clen ,was my first time, almost got myself kicked out! I agree -it makes me really edgy/testy/shaky. I think you really have to be careful with this stuff.
