Clem ? for women using this..sorry another clem ?

When using the liquid clem for women .. I was told when I got it to use 1/2 cc for 5 days and then increase it 1/2 cc on the 5th day for 6 weeks.

I noticed on post here they say to not do it for more than 2 weeks. Suggest 2 weeks on then 2 weeks stack. What is best?
 
Clenbuterol users will usually tailor there dosage individually, depending on results and side effects, but somewhere in the range of 2-8 tablets per day is most common. For fat loss, Clenbuterol seems to stay effective for 3-6 weeks, then it's thermogenic properties seem to subside. This is noticed when the body temperature drops back to normal. It's anabolic properties subside much quicker, somewhere around 18.

How it works

Some athletes claim that they enjoyed significant gains in muscle mass while using clenbuterol. Clenbuterol's most valid application seems to be as a pre-contest, cutting drug. It is not banned by any athletic committee; thus, numerous professional bodybuilders have used it for the last month of contest preparation. Cycles range from 6-12 weeks in length. Side effects include nervousness, tremors of the hands, headaches, and insomnia. The reason although it is fairly anabolic, and it promotes the burning of fatty acids through brown fat burning.

Dosages

Dosages are normally between 20-120 mcg for bodybuilders that use this.This drug becomes ineffective for its anabolic properties after 18 successive days of use. Brown fat-burning and Weight Loss, will continue past the 18 day period. After 12 weeks, the drug should be discontinued for a couple of months.

for accurate dosing i reccommend a slin pin.

Radar pretty much covered it, but I'll add that after about 2 weeks the beta 2 receptors that clen acts on destroy themselves. At this point you have two options: 1) Come off the clen for 2 weeks allowing the receptors to come back, or 2) Add T3. Option 1 is safer for the rec user. Competitive individuals will use option 2.
 
And of course, Clen will not do jack shit without a good clean diet and smart training - focus on WEIGHT training, not just cardio. :)

*BTW... I have to wonder how much research was done before ordering the product... generally if you research something you see the correct spelling of it numerous times so you get it right when you post. You did the right thing coming on and asking though... so Karma for you!
 
I like clam butter oil better... lol..
btw where did u get your liquid clen from? be sure to start off small and SLOWLY work up the dosage. be prepared for the (crazy) jitters. make sure you dont have to write for the first couple of days on . lol. great stuff nevertheless

I was doing one week on, one week off. I havn't used it in over a month. But my 1 week on 1 week off rotation works well imo. I think I am going to go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off the next time I supplement the clen, perhaps during my pct.
Are you still using it? you on or off right now?
