dont worry about the spelling, and ignore me, im a bit of a cunt. ok mate, what is it you are actually looking to achieve here? you were asking about clenbuterol and winny, which would give me the idea you are looking to cut bf, but then start talking about bulking at the same time? so which one is it?
 
can you not do both at the same time? i had a friend who got completely ripped, but also put on mass. i'm trying to do the same. i figured clen and winny would reduce the bf, and then he suggested adding test enthanate...but i just wanted to seek other opinions

it is possible, but hard. plus your diet would have to be literally 100fucking% spot on, no cheats, slips, anywhere. you are asking too much of your body in my opinion. what are you current stats-age, height, weight, bf% years training consistently?
you friend is not you. what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. plus how do you know he did both at the same time? a lot of the time, people just look bigger at lower bf%, as theirmuscles are more defined.
as i said, it is within the realms of possiblilty, but it would be better for you to decide what you wnat to do, cut, or bulk.
plus, clen and winny will not reduce bf%, your diet will. steroids only help you conscerve muscle while dieting. some do exhibit a thermogenic effect, but that is not to be relied on as a means of cutting.
winstrol will not "strip fat" it is often used in dieting stages, as when already at a low bf%, it can greatly increase the hardness/definiton of muscles. i must admit, i am not 100% sure how clenbuterol works, i have never used it, to be honest, unless you are a competitive bodybuilder, i see no need to use it anyway.
 
my stats

25 yrs 5'9 180 lbs about 12-15% bf training consistently for about 2-3 years

my friend was able to gain about 10 lbs, while also going down to prob about 5-7% bf

i already have a pretty good diet, and i'm very strict with that, i just need that extra push that the diet isn't able to give me
 
see, im ot saying its not possible, you know that, but the thing is, its hard because to build muscle, you have to be eating above your bmr, to lose bf, generally, you need to eat below your bmr. i have heard people say that they have lost fat whilst bulking, but usually they were using tren.
the thing is, if you really want to do this, you cant just have a "pretty good diet" it literally has to be absolutely spot on, all the time. you cant just eat "well", you will have to have to plan out every single calorie and gram of macronutrients to perfection. you also know that you cant really stay at 5% bf for any legnth of time?
is there and reason you cant just continue to bulk through the spring, and then cut for summer?
 
well, at this point the bulking isn't first to me...the bf thing is more. but i also would like to bulk a little if it is possible

i guess my idea of pretty good diet is a perfect diet to others

i def am very strict about what goes into my body
