clean fitnessmodels, do they exist?

i know absolutly nothing about being in shape under 10% year around, have never been that far way down.
so also, i know nothing about the catabolic effects it has on the body, or how u can build muscle when in that state.

fitnessmodels, not catwalk models, all of them seem to be between 85-90 kgs, ripped, dont know their bf, but proberbly they are in the 5-7% range, yes?
never more than 3-4 kgs from contestshape.

is it possible to be like that and still maintain the lbm and shape, and build extra on the physique whitout being on all year?

as i said before, im may seem a little dumb now but have patience.

an example:
Better bodies

love to have his physique, and to be able to work as a model, but would i be forced to be on all my life to achive it?
 
To obtain a 5-7%BF range is insanely difficult. To get to 5 it's a precontest diet. Those suck cause it's pretty much starving and dehydration. So to obtain it, yes, it is possible, but you cant maintain that all year round. There are only a couple of genetic freaks out there that can....and we hate them for it. I'm at 9% and around 212. Getting down to 7 is my goal and It's going to be frikken tough and it's going to suck...
 
There are guys who stay at 7% or so year round. They are also on AAS and a ridiculous diet year round.
 
I think most (if not all) fitness models use t3 and or anabolica along with an insane contest prep diet in order to get that low. Remember, just because they arent (huge) doesnt mean no anabolics. That pic you posted is to me (obvious) steroid use.

I have no doubt that he would look awesome naturally and be veery lean, but to have the muscle fullness and striation he does, that acreams AAS in my mind.

As far as "being on all your life" heeell no. Just eat well, have one cheat meal a week or so, and cycle when you need to. If it were me, I would plan my cycle time around "beach season" or, summertime when I would be out with no shirt, you know? Otherwise, stay lean the rest of the year, and dont lower cals too much in order to maintain muscle. Then, "pre-season" go into a defecit and begin a light cycle to keep muscle and gain excess hypertrophy. Youll get that model-like look no problem.

Spot on Conan.

Unless you have genetics that allow for it, a low BF like that is nearly impossible WITHOUT a craazy diet. AND, muscle mass like THAT is impossible (without) 1. a muscle sparing diet, and 2. AAS

The diet and AAS usage go hand in hand IMO to look like that..unless you are a genetic freak
 
sure their are clean ones. genitics plays a major role as well. I know guys who are 7% (tested hydrostaticly to prove it) who eat like pigs. downing an entire half gallon of icecream in one sitting is common for this guy.
 
I would say very few and far between. And that's giving them the benefit of the doubt. There's no way the guy in that pic is natty. There used to be a guy on here named machiavelli that was a fitness model. Incredible physique. I'll see if I can dig up on of his threads.
 
ya man those guys definatley eat very clean all year round and probably look small while off cycle, then bam they get on cycle and they look much fuller

yeah he is. i also have had that thread bookmarked for a looong time. i'm not a genetic freak or anything but i don't like to do the traditional bulking diet while i'm off. i maintain my normal diet and don't take any cheat meals (i feel awkward when i do). all i do is supplement my normal intake of nutrients with creatine and NO2 products while i'm off.

also i always up my totals when i come off to make up for the loss of AAS in a way. then when i get on again i up it some more. this way i'm always eating clean and in the amount it takes to maintain what i have. quite simple really, once you get into the groove of it i mean.

if you're eating clean your body has no choice to grow clean as well. imo anyway cause that's how it works for me after doing a lot of experimentation. i'm one of those guys who can eat shitty and not gain a lot of fat, but like the subject entails i prefer to stay closer to my overall goal so i'm not depending on AAS quite as much. besides i don't feel like i gain properly when i'm shoveling down beer and wings eod. i'm not a stick in the mud but i don't participate in a whole lot of that kind of stuff. i'll go but i make sure i have something that i can eat and drink while i'm there.
