I've seen this phrase all over the place but I'm not certain what it is. Do you mean clean carbs (fruits, veggies, that sort of thing) as opposed to processed stuff? I just want to make certain I understand what I'm reading.

It can mean a lot of things from a lot of prospects: IMO, it's low-gi carbs (no sugars)--oatmeal, healthy fats like EFA's (flaxseed), lean proteins like chicken breasts, and of course FIBER--like veggies or fiber supplementation.
