i am a natural BB looking to make the jump. i have been doing a lot of research and will continue to do so. however, i feel that as informative as articles and texts can be most often it doesn't beat experience. so if anyone can throwing me some tips or anything it would be greatly appreciated. i am 6' 230 14-16%Bf, 22years old. i have a decent power to weight ratio so strenght is not a concern. i am thinking of a sus/deca, 250/200 cycle for 10 wks wit nov/clomid and maybe some proviron in the end. this would be my first cycle so i figure i would keep is fairly simple. i am really looking to add 10 to 20 lbs. of lean mass to put me near 250lbs. is this possible with the info i have provided? will i be able to keep most of my gains with the nolv/clomid? i don't really gain weight easily but i have a great work ethic which is how i feel i gained 50+ lbs naturally in the last 3 1/2 yrs. bottom line is i want to be phucking huge but i don't want to blow up over night.

I woould make it even simpler. I'd go with test at 400mg/wk. I think you'll see much better results from that, and you only have to use one compound. Because you don't want to blow up overnight, you'll want to prevent water retention...how? ARIMIDEX! Get some arimidex and use .5mg/ED. This will make your gains much more solid, you won't blow up overnight, and you won't lose it all overnight when you stop.

Save the clomid for post-cycle (3 weeks afer your last shot if you use sust) and the nolva...you don't need it because of the arimidex, but if you want to keep it on hand jsut in case you see signs of gyno, go for it.

Now that that is out of the way...Diet is the most important thing when trying to gain weight...you can take all the juice you want, but if you don't eat it is IMPOSSIBLE to grow...especially when you're talking about 20 pounds. So eat clean, and eat ALOT!

I'd do alot more research before actually starting this cycle, but you're off to a good start...

thanks bulldog for bringing up diet. i usually maintain a 300+ a day protein intake. carbs can vary. i am a pretty good at dieting and eating clean isn't a problem.

That's good to hear bro...just make sure you're getting those calories, it's not all about protein...it's more about total cals when you're trying to gain 20 pounds.
