CLA dosage

Hey guys! :)
I've been hearing a lot of great things about cla in magazines. I have some and have been taking about 1000-3000 mg a day. Is this the proper dosage or should I up it more to get desires effects? What do you think? Thanks so much for reading this! :):):)
 
what it recommends to take on the bottle is usually for an "average male". (180lbs) .. take whatever it says on the bottle and then a little more or less depending on your size.. thats the rule i usually go by and i'm seeing results
 
Which isomer(s) of CLA are the most effective for lean mass increases and fatmass decreases?
 
I spoke with a doctor from Sloan Kettering hospital who ran a study on CLA. 2 things that he said:

you must use the Tonalin variety (Prolab offers it)

the greatest results were observed with dosage in the 7-9 gram per day range.

One thing to be wary of: you may have some minor "runs" the first day or two if you take such a large amoount.
