Will be carbing up Saturday. Cardio 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes (heavy bag,bike,sprints). Want to work seperate body part Sunday-Thursday or Friday each night for about 30 minutes. Is this bad while in ketosis? I did a ckd bulk and went from 175 to 202. Now I want to get back to about 185 or so.
