1. Can you use a protein blend for other than post workout?
yes just watch the carbs and add in some flax or fish oil
2. Is 1.5g per lb of bodyweight protein and 150g fats, <30g carbs right?
1g per lbm not total body weight. <20g carbs for me you may get away with <30g so experiment. try <20g first then see if <30g kicks you out of ketosis
