CKD question

This is my first day of CKD and also the first time EVER dieting. I had 5 meals with 49 grams of fat and 20 grams of protein. This is how I broke it up. .5 serving salmon, and <3 Tbsp olive oil. for ALL the meals.
I`m definately not prepared for the diet because I don`t have all the necessary ingredients yet but could`nt wait. They are all coming in the mail(flax seed oil psyllium husk dextrose). + walnuts and already have vitamins + protein powder.
My question, Is what I ate today OK? It does`nt seem right. That damn oil is nasty. Having said that I will do it if it`s right. I don`t mind the monotony. Any advise? Thank You
 
it seems as though you are taking in too much protein but i dont know, i can't help u much, but i will help by asking you what your stats are, weight and body fat percentage to save anyone who will answer u the trouble

OK, My End Over Mad Her I`m 227 (was 250) damn! before injury. And 6ft 2.75 tall I don`t know my body fat level but just my midsection is overly big, a guess would be 15%, 20 MAX. \

I`m following mr X`s diet of 15% protein for day 1 -5% BMR of course. For me that would be 19.4 grams of protein per meal @5 meals a day. right?

It looks fine, sounds like you're eating about 250g fat and 100g protein, which is a pretty close to perfect breakdown. Considering you don't get sick of salmon, you'll be fine.
