CKD diet: do u load carbs after training

No. The only carbs you may eat on a CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet) are during a 24-48 hour carb-up once every 7 to 14 days.

A TKD (targeted ketogenic diet) allows for post workout carbs, at the expense of no weekly carb-up.

No....that's a direct answer...CKD consists of two phases: 1) NO CARBS 2) carbups

TKD would be what you're looking for but w/ TKD you don't only get carbs post workout or pre, you can also have a small carb up on the weekend, only 1-2 "carb-up meals". It's a different type of dieting, but it can generate some amazing results.

I would recommend sticking to one or the other, if not you need to cycle for at least 4 weeks each (I've had people do 4-4 w/ good results).
