I would think you should try to moderatly estimate calories that you are eat. But its vacation bro, so enjoy yourself a little, 1-2 weeks a year isnt much. Just try to have a good amount of fats and proteins, and relax. Steaks, Eggs, Cheese Burgers, Hotdogs, Chicken, bacon etc, For breakfast have a 5 whole egg omlete with bacon in it, that should situate you fine for a few hours, then goto BK, then goto dinner, and have something before bed. You will be fine. I dont know if you are going someplace tropical but if you then maybe eat some carbs in the morning, or post workout so if you eat carbs on vacation you dont blow up like a pufferfish, becaue of water retenetion.
