I've noticed that while on Ketosis days I am for lack of better term, a Fucking Prick. My dislike for anything is multiplied thricefold. I snarl at people for no reason, I see little kids being happy and I want to punch them in their stupid little kid faces. I get very aggitated easily, especially at home. I'm wondering if anyone else feels this way during Ketosis days?

It's weird because on refeed days I am perfectly normal, but the next day when I'm decending into Keto I can slowly feel aggression building up. I've made a poll to see what people think is the cause of this, your input is appreciated.

When I was in ketosis I was super-bitch...my roommate will vouch for it...I would also get killer stomach aches right before bed...it sucked....but defintely the best diet I've tried...I had NO hunger or cravings and I lost some decent weight for the period of time....I had to give it up cuz I couldn't deal with the tummy aches but I'm gonna give it another go since summer is almost here :)
 
Oh cool. I seriously thought it was just me. I know what you mean about the hunger cravings though...I'm 220 or so right now and I can eat under 1000 calories if I wanted to for the day. Have to force myself to eat a cheesestick when I wake up and shit.

No Stomach Aches, but my need to sleep is sometimes in excess of 10 hours a day or else I'm still groggy. Good Luck when you try it again.

I never felt grumpy doing CKD, but I didn't feel great either. No stomach aches but I had some nausia on occasion. Oh, I also had to force myslef to eat. I swear I could eat like 800 cals/day and still feel stuffed.

Went from 19% down to 11% so it was worth it tho. Of course, I've gotten fat again in the last 2 months so I'll give 'er another go before summer. Goddamn...meat and grease for every meal. :bawling:

Pink, how much fat/weight did you drop? Most girls I know arn't tough enough to handle a CKD. :) Good work.
 
Actually I didn't do CKD per se.... I did a basic keto diet without the weekend carb ups b/c honestly I had no desire to cheat so I basically just toughed it out until I felt my body craving, then I knew it would be time to refeed...I lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks b/c I honestly could not deal with the stomach pains at night, but then I realized I wasn't eating enough fiber so that could have something to do with it...all this talk about keto is making me miss it so I'm starting again this week, this time I'm pushing it to 6 weeks... :)
 
Yeah Taps I know what you mean...I used to be able to LIVE on cheese but I'm going to develop a phobia of it by the time I'm done.

And who Voted I had a small dick? Haha.

same way here! i thought i was going nuts.

11 days and 1 carb-up. i'm down 10 pounds, mostly water i'm guessing
 
I lost 16 lbs of fat in 8 weeks. Probaly more, thats just by bodyweight. Didn't lose a pound of strength either. I was on prop/tren/winny also.:p
 
Personally don't like ketos.
Maybe i wasn't long enough to let the body get used to it.
The main problem are the workouts, training basically 2 days a week.
And intensity/volume can't be the same. (at least for me)
