CKD after a DNP cycle?

Last day of my dnp cycle and my diet just went to shit. I gave into the carb cravings

Would it be ok to hopp onto a CKD straight after the dnp as I think I wasted my dnp cycle with crap diet??

Search the diet board, there's a post on that, I read it last night cut I want to do EXACTLY the same, I feel your pain, thank god today's carbup day!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing that makes that piece of shit diet worth it

(yes, it's poss both ways, ckd then dnp, and dnp then ckd)

But I would have thought natural thyroid output would be suppressed after T3. Zero carbs on a kato diet will only make this problem worse, wont it??

Is it a better idea to go iso for 1 week after the dnp then go keto??

You will miss the fill-out effect that a normal diet after DNP provides.
