I guess ill start with stats...

I have been lifting for over 8 years but recently got serious the last 3 years...
I picked up 10 bottles of each (cjc and ghrp) from a board sponser during the recent sale... I just wanna make sure I'm doing this right...
I recon'd in bac water 1ml in each... I'm drawing 4 iu of the ghrp and 5 iu of the cjc before bed and after am workout... which is roughly 200mcg of the ghrp and 100 of the cjc... if I do a pm workout I pin after workout and wait atleast 3 hours before I pin for bed...
Am I doing this right?
I normally do cardio in the am so during the sale I also got some hgh frag... which from the research I should pin before bed and when I wake in am before cardio...
can I pin this with the cjc and ghrp?
