After feeling tired for most of my day and experiencing a low libido at only 24! having never taken any drug/steroid to alter my hormones I decided to visit the doctor and had a few tests done. Everything came back normal including my testosterone....
but in the eyes of bodybuilding 300 is well below the average 750 for someone of my age. And with my clean strict diet, exercise plan & exclusion of alcohol and drugs I felt it was time to try a test-boosting supplement, if only to satisfy my own mind that this is/is not the problem. I havent ruled out HRT , but going to try a test-booster first.
After a little research and these were the 2 products I chose to run for a month or so to increase my levels. Cissus Drol & Activate Xtreme - I wont go into too much detail about why I chose them , just from what I have read that they work well together & people have had results from using them.
workout schedule: Fullbody 3xWeekly
Age:23
Job: Office job 9-5, weekends off
Evenings: Spent running around after my son
Start Weight 13stone 3lb - 21.5%BF (% from electronic scales , not accurate, using only as a start point)
Goals?: Higher my test, hopefully having an impact on my workouts ie.Add a few lbs of muscle with minimal fat gain would be great.
Diet: 3000Cals/Day comprising:
Oats,WholeMilk,Eggs,WheyShakes,Steak,ChickenBreast,Tuna,LeafyVeg,Berrys,Banana's, Minimal Sugar/Salt
Other Supplements: Whey,Creatine,Multi-Vit(OrangeTriad),CodLiverOil,ExtraVit-C
