Cissus Quadrangularis

Has anyone ever heard of this product? It's in a white bottle by "Nutrition Nation" called Cissus Quadrangularis. It's supposed to repair tissue and work for recovery? But everything I've looked up hasn't really told me anything, I was just curious if anyone on here has ever seen this. It says its a 20:1 extract, 5%, >3-ketosteroid. I'm not sure what that means. Thanks in advance if anyone has any idea.
