Cinnamon? (Help!)

This is a stupid, but very serious question........can cinnamon bloat you or cause any water retention if you ingest large amounts of it?

I'm talking about ground cinnamon, NOT Cinnamon sugar.....
 
Cinnamon can help lower blood glucose levels, help w/digestion. I don't think either will cause you to hold water, unless you are allergic to cinnamon.
 
Some say cinnamom can help digestion or/and when you have a cold...

but it is certainly not cause any water retention.

BTW there is no reason to take excessive amount of it !
