I would empty the capsules out and use them to scour dirty sinks with.
Seriously, after reading the truth about chrysin I would not take chrysin if I was paid to take it.
Chrysin is along the lines of HCA, not as far as its supposed benefits but as far as the ripoff ploys used to promote it. Those of us in the know will remember HCA as the supposed "carb blocker" that did absolutely zilch to block carbs and in fact I believe studies on it had to be limited because it was actually demonstrating toxicity.
All the chrysin hype was based on an in vitro study that made chrysin (previously "Flavone X") look good on paper. Unfortunately it does nothing positive in the human body when taken as a supplement. Any company that promotes chrysin as an estrogen blocker is unscrupulous. Besides the fact that no one knows exactly what the hell chrysin will do to you if you take enough of it, if a company is shady enough to say it does stuff that they know damn well it doesn't, then God knows what it may be contaminated with.
These companies that still push chrysin really piss me off. Right up there with pushing boron and androstenedione as steroid replacements, smilax, etc. A real bunch of pricks.
Just my .02.
